Not resolved

Ended up paying $830 and carpets looked just the same as before. Called customer service and they put me in touch with a manager.

The manager called and assured me that he would come up with a resolution and call me by the end of the day due to the awful job that was done and this was with pics that we took and sent to the company showing that nothing was done/cleaned. Never heard back from him and can’t get a call back.

WHY did u pay $830 if u weren’t satisfied?

I know they advertise eco friendly cleaning solutions (apparently NO SOAPS/just WATER!?!?) but I think you're honestly better off renting the Rug Doctor (from grocery or Big Box home center) -not sure how much they charge now, but def'ly way less than you paid! It's a he'll of a workout, but if you are unable to do it yourself for whatever reason, you could probably hire someone (or make a cash donation to your Church's Youth Group kids, along with a big pot of chili!) to do all the hard part.

You can also boast "zero-res" if you shampoo each room, then go over it with plain water to rinse (plus the second round will remove tons of dirt), and finally, keep going over it to remove as much moisture as possible. If you run a fan in the room overnight, you'll be dry in no time! It's WORK.

But you'll save money, and spend probably a quarter of what those bozos charged you. One more thing, if they keep ignoring you, work with your bank/credit card to get a chargeback--tell bank you "feel like this is fraud" (the magic words, not even kidding) GOOD LUCK!
